Parcel 1:  Chowan Tax Pin 7805.00-22-6765  This parcel is the portion of the parcel assigned this PIN Number by Chowan County, NC that is north of Highway 17 By-Pass and is labeled on a survey as Parcel # 1 containing 33.426. Also included in this parcel being sold is the lot on the survey labeled  # 11 and having a separate PIN Number of 7805.13-24-3385

Parcel 2:  Chowan Tax Pin 7805.00-32-4790 and labeled as Parcel 2 in a survey and containing 11.421 acres of mostly cleared farmland.
 
Parcel 3: Part of the parcel Chowan County Tax Pin: 7805.00-22-6765 that is located south of Highway 17 By-pass and being labeled Parcle 3 on a survey and containing 11.770 of mostly cleared farmland.
 
Parcel 4; Part of the parcel Chowan County Tax Pin: 7805.00-32-4790 that is located south of Highway 17 By-pass and being labeled Parcel 4 on a survey and containing 19.333 of mostly cleared farmland.

Parcel 6: Chowan County Tax Pins 7805.18-31-4594 and 7805.18-31-3218 1st pin is 3.6 +/- acres and 2nd pin is .15 acre that will be sold together.  
 
Parcel 7: Chowan County Tax Pin 7805.00-32-7210 and contains 8.25 acres if mostly woodsland. This property lies between the northern boundary of Parcel 6 and along the southern border of Parcel 4. This parcels can be accessed from Valentine Avenue. Access to Parcels 3 and 4 are through this parcel
