Real Estate Terms And Conditions:  There will be a 10% "Buyer's Premium" added to the highest bid to determine the "Contract Purchase Price."  Buyer must make an Earnest Money Deposit equal to, or greater than Ten Percent of the "Contract Purhase Price" and sign the Purchase Contract at the end of the Real Estate Auction.  Buyer will have up to Sixty Days pay the balance due.  For a Free Bidder's Package on the Real Estate, contact Jake Forbes at 252-766-1600 or Bill Forbes at 252-394-6666.

Personal Property Terms and Conditions:  All purchases must be paid by the end of the auction by either cash, approved check or Master Card or Visa.  There will be a 10% "Buyer's Premium" on all purchases.  Everything needs to be removed on auction day, if possible.
