#2**Notice is hereby given that Belhaven Shipyard intends to publicly sell one 29.8ft Pearson Sail Boat of David Clements,to enforce a lien imposed, for unpaid storage.

#3***Notice is hereby given that Belhaven Shipyard intends to publicly sell one 37ft Egg Harbor of Bill Harding, to enforce a lien imposed for unpaid storage. 

#4****Notice is hereby given that Belhaven Shipyard intends to publicly sell one 36ft Chris Craft M/V of Beth Carncross,  to enforce a lien imposed for unpaid storage. 

#5*****OTHER ITEMS ALSO TO BE SOLD.  MARINE, HOME, RETAIL FIXTURES AND ANTIQUES.

 Personnel from United Country Forbes Realty & Auctions, LLC have been hired to do the "Bid Calling" and assist with the clerking only in this auction.  Belhaven Shipyard & Marina is totally responsible for the legal advertising, the property descriptions and collecting the money for all items in this auction.  Other items, other than the four boats being sold for storage liens, in this auction are all owned by Belhaven Shipyard
